Naomi Ko, MD, PhD, is currently the Section Chief of Breast Medical Oncology at NYU Langone Health. She is also spending this academic year as a fellow at the Harvard Radcliffe Institute of Advanced Study. Dr. Ko attended the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and Public Health where she earned her MD, MPH. She trained in Internal Medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital before heading to oncology fellowship at Boston Medical Center, where she spent 14 years taking care of breast cancer patients at the city’s safety net hospital. Dr. Ko’s research is focused on exceptional care without exception and health equity.
